The Cartagena conference film set the tone for the collaboration, a piece that drew praise from an industry veteran and opened the door to a further multi-country series.

The brief

The company's Washington D.C. office came to us with a challenge: elevate leadership storytelling. We responded by crafting a suite of cinematic social films across multiple countries, grounding executive insight in humanity, culture and purpose. It’s branded content with a heartbeat... and some laughs!

Filmed across Madrid and Cartagena, with creative consulting in Venice and Washington DC., this collaboration brought together documentary sensibility with thoughtful corporate storytelling, proving that business content can be cinematic, culturally aware and grounded in real impact.

Leadership and workplace films for Stanton Chase in Madrid, covering hiring, top talent, succession, resume advice, communication and culture. Built for global social media audiences.

Madrid –

Leadership & Insight series

In Madrid, we worked closely with managing director Jeff Perkins to craft a set of leadership pieces that feel confident and contemporary.

We led the project from start to finish — developing story direction, filming across the city and delivering a visual language that elevates executive insight beyond standard corporate video.

Cartagena –

Social impact & client stories

Cartagena offered a different narrative focus: community, impact and connection. We consulted on pre-production, then directed and filmed on the ground, including at Stanton Chase's global conference, capturing interviews, street-level textures and client stories that reflect how leadership decisions shape people’s lives.

We also handled full post-production to ensure the Cartagena films aligned with the tone and quality of the global series while carrying the colour and warmth of the Caribbean.

For Stanton Chase’s Cartagena series, we created films that take leadership conversations out of the boardroom and into the world. Our team shaped every frame, capturing executives against the pulse of the Caribbean coast, where light, colour and sound become part of the story.

How we worked together

Stanton Chase is the kind of client who values purpose, empathy and clarity, the same principles that guide our filmmaking. These films show how branded content can move beyond messaging to reveal what leadership looks like when it’s lived,

not stated.

The impact of the series extended beyond Stanton Chase: one of the films was posted by their client ISC2 during their CEO search, reflecting the relevance and clarity of the storytelling.

Our offer

We help brands and NGOs tell powerful real-world stories across Latin America and Europe. Our team combines documentary craft with strong regional access and local insight, giving partners the ability to film authentically in communities that are often hard to reach.

We handle everything end-to-end: from research and access to field production, directing, and building multi-format storytelling. We work with local crews, specialists, and long-standing networks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cultural sensitivity.

We design content systems, hero films supported by shorts, social assets, stills, and outreach versions, built to work across platforms and audiences.

For organisations looking to create purpose-driven films, global campaigns, or full content ecosystems, we offer a clear route into stories that matter. Human-centred, visually striking, and built to resonate across borders.

From standalone films to full content systems, we shape stories built
